Light, marble and a floating staircase

A modern build in black and wood, with an open main floor designed around natural light.

Light fills the main floor, where a floating staircase with glass rails anchors open living, dining and kitchen space. The marble island has a waterfall edge, and oversized windows frame the trees outside. Upstairs, a spa-like bathroom pairs a freestanding tub with a glass shower. The finished lower level has its own kitchenette, sitting area and bedroom, handy for guests or extended family. Out back, a generous deck and lawn are ready for summer.

Dieppe Park and Greenwood station are close by, so weekend walks and the commute both come easily in East York.
